Intuitive advances minimally invasive care by innovating at the point of possibility. For nearly three decades we've created products and services born of inspiration and intelligence from robotic-assisted surgical systems to data generation that unlocks the potential to benefit care systems worldwide.
Intuitive India, the India arm of Intuitive (Nasdaq: ISRG), is a global technology leader in minimally invasive care and the pioneer of robotic-assisted surgery (RAS). Intuitive India brings more than two decades of leadership in RAS technology and solutions through the da Vinci surgical system. A growing community of passionate and committed Indian surgeons are adopting solutions in indication areas including gynecology, urology, general surgery, and surgical oncology, among others. Today, India has more than 800 robotic-assisted trained surgeons and more than 100 da Vinci robotic-assisted surgical systems installed across major private and government hospitals in India. As part of Intuitive's continuing effort to establish strong robotics programs across the country, the company has set up three training centers in Kochi, Mangalore, and Bengaluru.
We work closely and collaboratively with our customers to help achieve better outcomes, better care team experiences, better patient experiences, and lower cost of care. Together, we envision a future of care that's less invasive, profoundly better, and where diseases are identified early and treated quickly so patients can get back to what matters most.
At Intuitive, we are relentless in our pursuit of improving healthcare—from building leading-edge, integrated systems and software to providing education and support that aims to keep hospitals and their staff at the forefront of minimally invasive care. Helping more people gain access to the care they need is a value we hold strongly. We continue to advance what’s possible for our customers, and for the patients they care for every day.
