Anthony McGrogan
Vice President and General Manager, Single-Port Platform
Anthony McGrogan is vice president and general manager for the Intuitive single-port platform, da Vinci SP, including oversight of product development, process engineering, and product management functions.
Since joining Intuitive in 2006, McGrogan has held multiple leadership roles in engineering in single-port and multiport strategies. One of the original architects of single port, his achievements ranged from early-stage development to leadership through clinical studies and launch.
Prior to joining Intuitive, McGrogan held managerial roles in robotics with WJ Semiconductor Group and Asyst Technologies.
McGrogan earned a BS in mechanical engineering and an MS in mechanical engineering (robotics) from University of California, Santa Barbara.
