Our diverse workforce strategy is focused on increasing representation to better reflect available talent pools from which we hire. This includes diverse talent sourcing, strengthening our hiring process rigor and training, and thoughtful succession and talent planning.
Within our talent acquisition team, we focus on building relationships with external talent from underrepresented groups such as women, people of color, military veterans, LGBTQ+ community, and candidates with disabilities. Through events, online talent communities, and sourcing partnerships, we’re increasing the diversity of candidate slates that we consider for each open search.
To prevent bias in the screening, interview, and selection stages of the hiring process, we have implemented required training for hiring managers globally that we call “License to Hire.” This course helps managers recognize and avoid common biases, setting a practice of awareness and consistency across the company.
We have also strengthened our resources for internal mobility to help employees find their next jobs within the company.
