Our commitment to ESG means creating enduring value for our customers, our employees, our business, and the communities in which we live and work. It is core to our beliefs to operate responsibly as we bring to market new innovations that improve patient care. Corporate responsibility and ESG accountability and stewardship guide our work and employee practices and extend to areas such as operations, supply chain management, customer support and training, and community initiatives, both locally and globally.

Who we are

Our cross-functional ESG team at Intuitive steers, monitors, and reports on progress in efficient resource use, environmental regulatory trends, decarbonization strategies, and climate mitigation.

Our ESG review board, including executive leadership from across the business, steers ESG priorities, maturity , and impact. In addition, Intuitive’s board of directors governance and nominating committee reviews ESG progress and strategy twice a year.
